Eugen Badurina taps into a rich experience creating diverse hot plates
from throughout the world. His specialties include Asian and
Mediterrenean cuisine. In Barcelona he was trained at various
prestigious institutions including by El Círculo Ecuestre
and El Circle del Liceu. |
Dani Guerrero has been
active in the Catalan world of gastronomy for several years.
Highlights from his résumé include working at the renowned
Via Veneto in Barcelona and creating the menu for the
innovative restaurant Mandarina, a gastronomical
philosophy based on high quality balanced, healthy dishes.
Both chefs are alumni of Hofmann, Barcelona's famous school of
cuisine. |
